Preface
This is a brand new progress log and format, the first of its kind by me. It will also probably differ than upcoming ones, mostly due to the length of time that has passed since the previous progress log and the scant memories I have of the specifics of the grinds. Future logs would ideally stick to the skeleton of my original run of logs.
There will likely be spoilers for later bits of progress in certain sections as I will be tackling things by categories such as: Levels, Drops, Quests, Achievements (in no specific order, this list may change or even be edited to reflect the final outcome of the post).
I have been playing this account off and on for over 5 years now!
This period saw the release of Secrets of the North and Desert Treasure II, bringing along with them the bosses Phantom Muspah and Duke Sucellus. Learning that both resided in Weiss, an eventual unlock for me, drove me to ask my followers if I should consider changing my progression path to accommodate for their existences. The proposed plan being: Phantom Muspah should be considered an unlock alongside Godwars given its intended place in the game, and DT2/Duke should come after Vorkath, alongside Nex, given that the DT2 bosses drop Virtus, a parallel to Torva.
Some of this knowledge was attained before the period, and it’s part of the reason I did decide to unlock the Frozen Prison early. I did set the condition that before I could do Secrets of the North, I had to do all the Wilderness Elite diary tasks. Desert Treasure 2 will be done, once again, after Vorkath is completed.
It also saw the Wilderness Boss Rework, adding new viability and goals to the Wilderness Bosses. Minorly, it saw a buff to the Rogues’ Chest, the release of Zombie Pirates, and some slayer cave changes. Perdu also now sells Ava’s Devices, giving me the opportunity to save ammo before getting a Max Cape, which is nice because then I won’t lose it when Sailing releases. The devices are still locked behind Dragon Slayer 2 completion (And thus Godwars non-pet log completion) for me, though.
Forestry was released, changing Woodcutting and Firemaking a bit.
It also saw the release of Varlemore, a mostly inconsequential release to the account. Except for the small village with Fremennik travelers, and the Fortis Colosseum, which contains Fremennik Warbands in every wave, giving me reason to tackle it in the future. The Colosseum gives a Ranged Cape, and can drop prayer armor stronger than Proselyte (or Ancient Ceremonial Robes, to be relevant to the account), and also uncut Onyxes! The village, Sunset Coast, unlocks a Charter Ship for me, though its distance from any bank is detrimental, I may use it to train Crafting in a manner that some UIMs do.
Progress: Levels
I will try to guess what I was doing for most of these, but the overall goal to a certain point was 2k total and the level for the Wilderness Elite diary, of which I had forgotten I had also been working on last period, due to the rumors of the Secrets of the North requirements/placement in my regions.
Testing out the monsters in the Frozen Prison, I got 91 Defense. It turns out I can profit Prayer Potions and other supplies from the Spiritual Rangers and also train melee on them at a decent pace.

Wanting to make the most out of my prayer restoration, I gained another level at the Chaos Altar, putting me at level 76 and also another restoration threshold.

Hit 77 Mining, one step closer to the Wilderness and Fremennik Elite Runite Rock steps. Also gave me a bunch of bolt tips for bossing.

Busted out the Thieving grind, getting 79-84 within the span of a few days, busting out one of the dragging tasks for the diary. Tried various methods of trapping the Fremennik Citizens but opted to just splashing them with my alt which saved a ton of time and sanity.

That being half the final stretch, I busted out the rest of the Mining levels, going from 78 to 82 in about a week and a half, and gaining even more bolt tips. The Dragon Pickaxe I got earlier allows me to boost from 82 to 85 to mine the Runite Rocks I need for the Wilderness and Fremennik diaries so I don’t need to go further, for now.

The last levels I needed were 5 Firemaking levels, to burn the Magic Log in the Wilderness Resource Area. I hate Firemaking the most, but knowing I was almost free, I burned through those levels pretty swiftly, going from 71 to 75 in 3 days.

With that being the last of my requirements, I unlocked Phantom Muspah, and it level 106 Ranged while killing it.

Between kills I did some farming, hitting level 75 Farming.

I forgot why I was fishing, but I was catching more sharks and hit 102 Fishing.

Burning some stored Herblore supplies got me to 86 Herblore.

Another Farming level gained, putting me at 76 Farming. Likely doing runs as they pop up between kills, given my hitpoints at the time.

During a kill (well, at the very start apparently) I hit 103 Hitpoints

I likely got bored or realized I was close to a level so I got 85 Crafting and 67 Runecrafting.

Another level during a Muspah kill, 107 Ranged.

I had accomplished A Thing and moved away from Muspah. I moved on to working on finishing 2k Total, and in doing so I hit 94 Attack killing Zaros Spiritual Rangers.

I got 92 Defence at Kurasks since I was close to the level.

Same deal with Crafting, I had the supplies for a quick level, and hit 86 Crafting using them.

Some Alchgility got me some needed cash and 83 Agility, putting me one level closer to the Total goal.

Catching Gray Chinchompas for some reason, I hit 82 Hunter.

Having accrued enough bones to get another Prayer Level, I dove into the Chaos Altar and hit 77 Prayer

Thinking it really cool to do, I lined it up so I could hit 99 Magic and also 2,000 Total at the same time.
I did not screenshot the chatbox for the total level announcement but I did record the whole thing and upload it to YouTube!

Play starts to get a bit more sporadic here and I start doing silly things, like stealing from the chest in the Isle of Souls dungeon, from which I got 85 Thieving.

Took an even longer break, then came back to cook some of the Sharks I had previously, getting to 100 and 101 Cooking.

Another break sees me returning to try to hunt for Superior Slayer Creatures, during which I hit 93 Defence and 120 Combat

Did some Woodcutting and hit 79, I had probably gotten 78 on mobile, but I don’t remember when.

I got 94 Defence getting Ecumenical Keys for a Godwars grind I had attempted.

Was trying out tick manipulating Gray Chinchompas for some reason, and hit 83 Hunter, meaning I no longer have to boost to catch Dragon Implings with a net.

Fletching some Magic Logs I had stacked up, I hit 93 Fletching.

Hunting for more Superiors got me 88 Slayer and 104 Hitpoints.

I think I got really bored again so I stocked up on Sharks once more, hitting 103 Fishing.

Cooking them got me to 102 and 103 Cooking.

Catching more put me to 104 Fishing.

I had set a goal of 40k cooked Sharks during all this, and behold

To give me something, anything, to do, I decided to hit 99 Fletching using Maple Logs.
Over the course of 2.5 weeks, I went from 94 to 98 Fletching, stopping to set a party date where my friends and followers could attend.

Forestry had just been released, and it got me in the mood for some Woodcutting, even if I could not participate in 99.99% of the activities that Forestry comes with. I hit 80 Woodcutting at the Yew Trees on the Isle of Souls.

Forester’s Campfires allow me to somewhat AFK the worst skill in the game, and with my large stock of Maple Logs from my Bird Nest generating efforts via Kingdom Management, I started AFKing that, getting 76 and 77 Firemaking.

The day of the 99 Fletching Party came and went without a hitch, and I got the level in a similar silly fashion to all my other 99s. I, however, did not upload a video for this.

Leagues 4 released, stunting my progress even more. I swapped to doing farming runs, hitting 77, 78, and 79 Farming.

Piddling around again, I got 68 Runecrafting.

More farm runs got me to 80 Farming. This allows me to boost to plant Spirit Trees, which massively, and massively is an understatement, increases my Farming training.

And thus the fruits of my labor

Spent time using up all my Herblore supplies and hit 87 and 88 Herblore.

Trying for Superiors once again, I hit 95 Defence at Kurasks.

81 Farming from more farm runs.

Running low on Astrals from all the Farming and Slayer, I crafted some more, hitting 69 Runecrafting.

More Farming brings me to 82 and 83.

After a break, I decided to use up all the planks I had made ages ago, itting 78 to 81 Construction.

I then did some more Runecrafting, foreseeing the need for even more Astrals in not-so-future grinds, and hitting 70 Runecrafting. This also puts me at base 70s!

While transcribing the previous progress logs onto this website, I AFKed at Forester’s Campfires, hitting 78 and 79 Firemaking.

More Farming runs and another short break due to busyness and distractions and I hit 84 Farming.

Progress: Quests
As mentioned before, Secrets of the North became a thing that the account can/should do. With that said, it brings several quests to knock out before. Conveniently, these quests help work towards the quest point requirement for Dragon Slayer 2, as will the Varlemore quests at a later date.
I am just going to list these in small chunks. I tried to do parts of them as I was around the other ones, like olden times.
Creature of Fenkenstrain, One Small Favour, Black Knight’s Fortress
One Small Favour allows me to make Guthix Rests, which should be useful for Vorkath in the future and also lets me use my low level herbs in a way that isn’t just completely insane.

Recruitment Drive, Goblin Diplomacy, The Lost Tribe

Garden of Tranquility, Romeo & Juliet, Wanted!

Doric’s Quest, Hazeel Cult, Fight Arena

Cold War, Devious Minds, The Giant Dwarf
Cold War unlocks Penguin Agility, a pretty decent Agility Course

Troll Romance, Forgettable Tale…, Swan Song

Making Friends with My Arm
This is a big quest because it unlocks a new Harb Patch, and the ability to put portals to the Troll Stronghold and Weiss Herb Patches in my house (alongside the teleport tablets)

Secrets of the North
This quest unlocks the Phantom Muspah boss, which drops a bunch of nice supplies and also pieces to the Venator Bow, a powerful bow that can hit multiple targets, and also can use Dragon Arrows, a previously useless item for me. 5 pieces are required to make the bow.

Progress: Drops
While trying out the drops and monsters in the Frozen Prison, I collected the full Ancient Ceremonial Robe set in this order: Gloves, Top, Legs, Mask, and Boots.

During my 40k shark grind fest, I attained several Big Sharks, and I currently have 16 of them.
Muspah being the main big thing I threw myself at while I was playing at the start of this period, I consider myself pretty lucky.
My enchanted crossbow bolt specs were popping off during KC 110 and I hit the speed task, earning me a Charged Ice

At 207 KC, I got my first Venator Shard.

At 241 KC, I got shard #2

At 254 KC, shard #3 dropped.

Slight dry streak, getting shard #4 at KC 369.

My spoon at full mast, I got the final shard for the Venator Bow at KC 373.

I quickly put some appropriate fashionscape together for the new weapon.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t think of much I could actually use the bow on (Outside of the Wilderness, which I was scared of losing it in), so I went on to murder a boatload of Minotaurs in the Stronghold of Security for some Beginner Clues.
Didn’t take me long to get a casket, and inside it was a nice surprise.

I could bearly contain my excitement at a log slot especially given the extremely low chances of getting one in this way in the first place.
Unfortunately after this I took a bit of a break.
When I broke from the break, I did some Abyssal Sire.
At KC 409, I got my 5th Unsired, which gave me a Jar of Miasma.

And at KC 426, I got another Unsired, putting me at 6 total. The Unsired gave to me a Bludgeon Claw, allowing me to finally complete my Abyssal Bludgeon, which will prove handy at the Wilderness Bosses.

When I returned again, I went and restarted the Godwars grind, starting with Kree. I had banked a bunch of Armadyl and Zaros KC so I could use the Frozen Prison bank and spend more time in the dungeon rather than wasting time and supplies doing kills the slow way (and did not want to get Ecumenical keys).
I ended up getting a Godsword Shard 2 from the big bird at KC 165.

I swapped to Garage Door later, and got a Godsword Shard 1 at KC 69. This was the final shard I needed to complete a full Godsword Blade, giving me, finally, the ability to use all my Saradomin Hilts!

During a risky two trip Bandos kill, I got nothing on KC 80, and a second pair of Bandos Tassets on KC 81.

I got another Godsword Shard 2 at KC 200 at Kree.

And then Godsword Shard 1 from one of his minions soon after, allowing me to make a second Godsword Blade.

Just in time for the Armadyl Hilt I got at KC 219, giving me two unique completed Godswords!

Doing more Bandos got me another Godsword Shard 1 at KC 166.

And at KC 191 I got a third pair of Bandos Tassets.

During my big 40k Shark grind, I managed to get 2 Beginner Clue caskets. Unfortunately, I was not blessed with great RNG for their contents. Still nice to see the number go up, though. I also hit 20 million Fishing and Cooking experience.

I also got all the Random Event outfit pieces throughout this period, as they now give XP Lamps afterwards and are finally worth doing.
As I was finishing up this post and AFKing some Sharks, I got a second Heron pet.

Progress: Achievements
This will be a mildly redundant section as many of these things will be listed in previous sections, but there are a few things that have no other category to go to and it’s nice to have everything in one spot.
Completed the Wilderness Elite Diary (And the Wilderness Diary as a whole). Here’s a video of me putting the lamp into Farming, as usual.

Muspah Speed Task with ranged only (and the other barbarian limitations too).

Obtained 5 Venator Shards and crafted the Venator Bow

Hit 99 Magic and 2,000 Total Levels

Obtained the pieces for an Abyssal Bludgeon with a majority of ranged only Abyssal Sire kills (well, all of them were ranged only and the last few were with Ancient Magics to stun vs. doing 75 damage to Sire per stun).

Created a Saradomin Godsword and an Armadyl Godsword

Completed 3 more Beginner Clues, putting me at a whopping 6. Obtained Bear Feet.

Gained 20 million experience in the Fishing skill.

Obtained 16 Big Sharks.

Gained 20 million experience in the Cooking skill.

Hit 99 Fletching

Hit 80 Farming and grew my first Spirit Tree (and then many more later)

Hit 2,025 total levels. It’s not big but the game announced it!

Hit 70 Runecrafting (And more importantly, base 70s across the account)

And that’s all for now!
I lied, as I was finishing this up, I got a second Heron!

These are my stats at the time of this post

Goals
A consequential goal is 200,000,000 total experience, as I am just a little over 3 million experience away from that, I will get it fairly soon.
I intend to take on the Fortis Colosseum. To do that, I would like to imbue my Archer and Berserker rings, and maybe my Seer’s Ring (but I doubt having a 3 way ring switch will be useful, and a double one may stretch it too).
The Wilderness Wards may be handy, at least the Odium Ward. Getting full Armadyl and Bandos would certainly make things easier, as well. Which leaves me needing an Armadyl Chestplate and Plateskirt, and Bandos Chestplate. Boots will probably remain Dragon but perhaps the tankiness of Bandos Boots will be needed. Dagonhai Robes will be receiving a buff soon so I may try for those as well, if a mage switch is viable for me. In that situation, a Staff of the Dead will potentially be necessary.
99 Attack and Defence will certainly make things easier too, as well as having higher Prayer. With the new Dagannoth King agility shortcuts, perhaps pushing through the grueling requirements for the Fremennik Elite diary and unlocking noted Dagannoth Bones for Chaos Altar training may be in order (I need to obtain 186k – 193k Pure Essence and then craft those into runes to hit 82 Runecrafting). Though, the shortcuts themselves may be enough to make it worth trying out. Unlocking Supercombat Potions will conserve inventory space and provide useful combat boosts in the trials, too.
84 Construction will allow me to boost to make Boss Lair Displays, where I can show off my Jar of Miasma. It also allows me to make a Gilded Mahogany Wardrobe, which will let me change the type of pants I wear. Not super important, but with the release of the Fremennik hairstyle, I did alter my character’s appearance for the first time since creation, and it will be nice to finally complete that process.
Should I learn and fairly comfortably be able to clear the Colosseum, I will need to train Crafting to utilize the potential uncut Onyx drops from it. I can already make a Regen Bracelet, but need 4 more levels for the Amulet of Fury. Some of that grind will be supplemented by the drops from the activity itself, especially since it’s a fairly uncommon drop and one from the end boss himself, so that will be planned when I receive a second Onyx.
Completing all non-pet non-Nex Godwars drops is still a current work in progress goal, too, so that I can unlock Vorkath and move on to the next stage of the account.

End
I believe that is everything, but I will update this if I remember anything else.
Enjoy!
