Preface
Funnily enough I’ve not totally been burnt out of playing but rather burnt out of writing logs this time around instead, haha.
Progress
Some big juicy things have happened since the last time I posted a log (I did post a picture about one of them, you may have seen it!)
The first one was I finally got a Basilisk Jaw! Repping that true Fremennik Champion look now.

A smaller thing was 82 Slayer, one step closer to Spiritual Mages.

On my Slayer Grind, I got yet another Dagannoth Task and beat up Rex some more. On kill 283 he dropped a Berserker Ring for me, marking Rex off my requirements to move onto Godwars bosses. All that’s left is Seercull, Archer’s Ring, and Seer’s Ring. I think I might try learning duo Supreme/Prime when I get another Dagannoth task, though with Magic Dart (e) not being necessary, I can really just go whenever (Another boon to “completing” Rex).

While writing this, I learned that the Soul Wars poll and its rewards passed. It should be accessible via Ferox Enclave, meaning I’ll have access to it.
That means I will be able to imbue my Dagannoth King rings (And the Wilderness Rings, when I get them!) and also obtain an actually useful cloak for Melee and Range training (The Prayer one). Pretty excited for that. Shame the LMS imbues didn’t win but not much to expect when it comes to PvP polls.
With the Jaw and Berserker Ring, I have max Strength gear until I take on General Graardor (Unless I get real lucky and get a Draconic Visage or even luckier and get a Fremennik Kilt from an Elite Clue (hahahahahahahahahaha)). This will really help the 99 Attack/Defense/HP grind at Kurasks.
While finishing up the Dagannoth task with some baby Dagannoths, I hit 83 Attack.

More Slayer, this time Aviansies, got me 95 Ranged.

I got another Basilisk task. Despite being done with them drop wise, they’re pretty consistent Slayer XP (300/per) so against my desire to save resources, I’ll keep killing them when I have the ability to get Ruby Bolts.
Because of that big chunk of XP, I hit 83 Slayer, my 2nd to last important Slayer level.

This unlocks unboosted Spiritual Mages, which give me a source of Pure Essence that doesn’t involve mining (though admittedly it appears to be faster to mine than it is to kill them for Essence, but fuck Mining.), and also decent runes. The Zamorakian mages in the Zamorak area don’t fight back if they don’t have direct line of sight, so with enough practice and skill you can kill them without taking any damage. They are also conveniently the lowest HP mages.
From my trial run, I got a second pair of Dragon Boots. Further pairs of Dragon Boots (Barring a loss somehow, maybe I’ll bring a pair into the wildy to speed up kills somewhere, since they’re now “easily” renewable but unless I skull I don’t think I’ll lose them) will be deposited in Death’s Coffer because they’re a decent chunk of change and only high alch for 12k.

This is where play peters out a bit. I did burn some of the Smithing supplies I’d built up and hit 76 Smithing, and then went through the Herbs I gathered and hit 72 Herblore from cleaning herbs and some quick secondary gathering. One day I will go hard on farming secondaries for some of the more troublesome herbs.

Coincidentally you can see what I could have in experience if I worked my ass off in the levelup screenshot for 72 Woodcutting. I also hit 73 Woodcutting doing the same thing, cutting Oaks, while at work and or just AFKing, as a fallback activity. I will eventually turn the logs into planks for Construction, and may end up switching to the Yew tree by Otto’s House for AFKing instead as Oaks and Plank Make aren’t really cost-effective, and Yew Longs would at least contribute to money for Plank Make and Teak/Mahogany Planks.

I’ve still yet to fully decide on how to tackle Construction. It will take a bit of time to gather the materials through Kingdom Management regardless of how often I play (mostly), whereas I can get Oak logs, Natures, and cash through heavy gameplay. I suppose I should look into figuring out the xp/wood/time of it all for Kingdom, but for now I have it full Herbs and leftover Teaks.
While killing Kurasks for the 99 melees grind I hit 96 Hitpoints and 84 Attack.

Forgot to mention that I helped some clanmates with Barbarian Assault and bought the Penance Gloves. They’re my only piece of weight reducing clothing and I haven’t really considered their full potential yet, but I’m sure the’ll be nice to have. At the very least they’re a collection log theme goal.

This is probably my last log until after I’m done with Trailblazer, but we’ll see. I’m going to use Trailblazer to practice no-Ancients Sire (and at least familiarize myself with the mechanics), and perhaps Godwars too with the same goal. Sadly, no Wildy for me, and if I do decide to test Godwars, no Fremmy for me either, but if I don’t, then I’ll try to learn duo Supreme/Prime (which really shouldn’t be that hard).
These were my stats at the time of this post

Goals
My big goals for the main game are 84 Crafting so I can make full Black Dragonhide, which will be useful for Godwars and Wilderness bossing, plus probably Sire.
99 Attack, Defence, from Kurasks (Which will get me 99 Hitpoints) and 99 Range from Spiritual Mages (Or Slayer).
Having more varied and fun activities to do again definitely helps my desire to play, though being busy IRL or with other games kinda takes the air out of those sails.
