Preface
Path of Exile’s new expansion launched partway through this log period so progress kind of slows down, though given what I’m working on currently there’s not much else to immediately do.
The Quest Log, Quest Journal, and Exceptions pages have been updated to reflect the paths I’ll be taking to meet the requirements for The Fremennik Exiles.
Progress
As noted before, the major problem that the quest brings is the Heroes’ Quest requirement and the 55 quest point requirement that it has. Luckily the quests required for it and the Fremennik Diary quests bring me close to the required amount and a few extra quests close to the region tie up the rest, leading to this list of quests I will complete/have completed to meet those requirements.

While I was waiting on the results of the poll, I decided to finally get 80 Hunter so I can boost to 83 and start catching Dragon Implings.

I have 3 major goals with Dragon Implings and their rewards:
Dragonstones, which will allow me to make Combat Bracelets and Rings of Wealth. After Heroes’ Quest (and Between a Rock, of course) I can charge the Rings of Wealth and teleport to Keldagrim with them. Once I unlock Miscellannia, I can also teleport there.
Amulets of Glory (and Dragonstone Amulets) will give me a slight boost in my Mage gear as well as better hybrid gear setups (should make Dagannoth Kings a bit easier). After completing Heroes’ Quest I can charge them at the Fountain of Rune, adding the Eternal Glory to my end game goal list, or the Recharge Dragonstone Lunar spell after the Hard Fremennik Diary. A charged Glory will assist in mining the Lunar Isle gem rocks, and once I unlock the Edgeville respawn, I’ll consider allowing the teleport (Rings of Returning are already allowed), making the Mounted Glory a goal for Construction.
Dragon Dagger (p++) gives me better poison strength and a slightly stronger spec weapon.
Other rewards of note but of general lesser importance are:
Noted bones (Baby Dragon and Dragon), which will help with prayer training.
Dragonstone Bolts will provide some extra power for later bossing.
Dragon Darts will be useful for Abyssal Sire later.
Summer Pies are a decent food and the agility boost will be useful.
Of my 3 major goals, I’ve obtained the Dragon Dagger (p++) and the Amulets of Glory.

While hunting for the elusive Dragon Implings, I caught a few Ninja Implings that gave me some Rune Thrownaxes, finally. Though I did get some from Brutal Green Dragons earlier, now my stock is much higher and I’ll be ready for quite a few Dagannoth King attempts whenever I decide to actually go there. Still no Snakeskin Boots though.
With 80 Hunter and some impling hunting out of the way, I went and mined Pure Essence and then got 55 Runecrafting, which is a requirement for The Fremennik Exiles.

I killed some Mammoths for their seed drops and got 26 Farming, which lets me boost to complete My Arm’s Big Adventure.

The other requirement for My Arm’s Big Adventure was The Feud, which was a quick and fairly painless quest to complete, despite it being in the desert and only tangentially related to the overall theme. From the experience reward of The Feud, I hit 52 Thieving.
Shortly after finishing The Feud, Path of Exile: Blight launched so I shelved any progress for a few days, though I really should have gotten My Arm’s Big Adventure done sooner so I could have gotten more herb runs in.

Once I got back to OSRS I promptly completed My Arm’s Big Adventure, hitting 27 Farming while My Arm was harvesting the Goutweed at the end of the quest (Congratulations to My Arm as well!), then 30 Farming from the actual quest rewards, and I’m ending the period with 33 Farming, potentially 34.

Being able to grow herbs helped my Herblore training, as it turns out. I’d been saving all the Ranarr seed drops and turned them into quite a few Ranarr Weeds. These got me to 54 Herblore (on mobile, unfortunately) which allowed me to boost to 55 to make use of the banked Kwaurms, turning them into Super Strength potions (and experience, of course). In general, this will enhance my melee training due to higher max hits, but it also boosts my herblore experience potential.
After slaying some Moss Giants on Pirate Cove (Aggressive, weak hits, and low life) for more herb seeds, I gathered a few more Ranarrs and with them hit 55 Herblore, which means I can now boost for the Herblore requirement for Fairy Tale Part 2, as well as make Super Strength potions without boosting.
Once I hit 46 Farming (and get 1 more Crafting level), I’ll complete every other quest needed to do The Fremennik Exiles.

I’d like to clarify a few things about stuff that’s unlocked in the quests that I will be doing:
Dwarf Cannon unlocks the Dwarf Multicannon and Cannonball smelting. I will not be using either of them.
Fairy Tale Part 1 unlocks the Magic Secateurs. I will not be using them.
Fairy Tale Part 2 unlocks the Fairy Ring system. I am not sure if I will be using them to get around the areas (except for the one time Diary task), leaning towards no.
Dragon Slayer unlocks the Anti-dragon Shield. I will be using this as I will also be exposed to Dragon tasks. This also gives me the goal of getting a Draconic Visage for making the Dragonfire Shield, getting the Dragon Full Helm from Mithril Dragons/Chewed Bones, and makes the King Black Dragon much easier.
Heroes’ Quest unlocks the ability to do Throne of Miscellania and Royal Trouble, but I won’t be doing those until after I reach my previously established goal of 50 of each God Wars dungeon boss kills. This also ensures that I still cannot complete the Hard Fremennik Diaries until those kills are reached (Locking Tan Leather, Recharge Dragonstone and noted Adamant Bar drops from Avianses which would make things a bit too easy).
Eagle’s Peak unlocks Box Trap hunting (And is a Diary requirement so I’m doing it regardless), meaning I can hunt Black Chinchompas. I will be able to do that as I can get everything to do so in my region, but I probably won’t hunt many due to the risk involved.
I might have missed a thing here or there but if I think of anything else or someone brings anything else up, I’ll add it.
These were my stats at the time of this post

Immediate goals:
Collect seeds to farm with so I can get the required level for Fairy Tale, so I’ll be killing a lot of herb seed dropping monsters and Mammoths in the near future. I may spend some time hunting Dragon Implings too but no promises there.
