Preface
Not much for this one, life and Path of Exile took my attention and time
Progress
I hit 80 Hitpoints and 70 Slayer
70 Slayer means Kurasks, and Kurasks means a new slayer task, a new
melee weapon upgrade, and a potentially better money making method over
Ice Trolls. (I didn’t mention the Light Mystic Top because I’d gotten
that when I boosted previously.)
I was ready for the long grind for the Leaf-bladed Battleaxe but RNG was on my side and I got it in 165 KC.
(155 + 10 from last log’s boosted kills).
I will definitely be killing these a lot more since the boost from
the axe means more combat XP. The Flax and Natures will turn into Magic XP via Spin Flax, and the noted bones will make for nice prayer XP,
even if I just decide to bury them.
The Chaos Altar is totally within my ability to use, and I can get
Burning Amulets because of the Lunar Isle Mine gem rocks. However, since
I’ve written that I cannot suicide to teleport faster (This mostly
comes into play whenever I unlock Edgeville Respawn, but it doesn’t make
sense to not outline it at the start), I’ll have to run from the Altar
to a teleport location (Or get PKed), so I’ll have to decide if I want
to put up with that.
I have since decided to remove the suicide/teleport restriction.
These were my stats at the time of this post
Immediate goals remaining:
Rune Thrownaxes so I can start learning Dagannoth Kings
52/53 Herblore for the boosting/normal mixing of Hunter Potions so I can cut down the Hunter grind
80 Hunter to boost for Dragon Imps, 83 to catch them normally
86 Hunter to boost for Lucky Imps, 89 to catch them normally (will most likely just stay 86 for a long time)
77 Magic for normal casting Superglass Make
83/86 Magic for boosting/normal casting Plank Make
1,200,000 Bounty Hunter Points for a Rune Pouch (460,000 currently)
I’m not sure if I should put this on hold given the recent Warding information. I don’t think if I were to get it from this method that it’d change to the proposed Wilderness pouch post-update, though, so maybe I should speed this up instead.
Spoiler alert, Warding did not pass.
